A country that is known for its age-old history in education and tourism, the United Kingdom is a truly dreamy holiday destination, with so much being there to explore in and around the countryside.

As a Thai student, you are probably new to the holiday traditions and culture that is followed in the UK. But it's always exciting to witness and be a part of it, innit?

Strike London off your Bucket List

Explore the UK by starting from its most popular city. The warmth that you experience in a new city is something that you will never forget – and London is one such city that is sure to give you exactly that. Another interesting reason to visit London would be to go around some of the famous James Bond filming locations in England.

Some of the interesting places to visit in London include Westminster Abbey, London Eye, Buckingham Palace, Notting Hill Gate, and so on. 

Plan a Tour to the King Cross Station!

Attention all Potterheads! King Cross station's 9¾ is where Harry Potter and his friends boarded the Hogwarts Express – if you are intrigued to know what it looks like, now's the time to check this place out.

Visit the Sherlock Holmes Museum

This place is situated in one of the world's most famous addresses, 221B Baker Street, London. Here is where the iconic detective lived from 1881 to 1904 ( fictionally of course…but still real in our minds. Isn't it? ) – the museum showcases the rooms that are intricately described in Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's books to the visitors in a well-maintained condition.

Apart from this, they also have a display of some of the Victorian antiques of that era, among other attractions.

Just because you are in an English country doesn't mean you should miss out on your home food! Celebrate Christmas at Lapland, UK
